Executive Chef Tim Strasser, CEC, CDM, CFPP. As Executive Chef, Tim Strasser oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Yonkers, including menu creation and food preparation. Tim’s menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Tim joined Classic Residence by Hyatt in 1995 with more than 20 years of culinary and hospitality experience. He is a certified executive chef, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.
