Executive Chef David Barbieri, CDM, CFPP. As Executive Chef, David Barbieri oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Teaneck, including menu creation and food preparation. David's menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences. David's culinary expertise has been enhanced by his extensive experience at various fine dining venues and vineyards. In addition to his applied science degree in culinary arts, David earned his master of business administration degree in finance. He has also completed an overseas study program in Italian language, culture, art history and architecture. He is a certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.
