Bulgur Wheat with Dried Fruits

Classic Residence by Hyatt at La Jolla Village

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces bulgur
  • 1 quart low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup dried fruit—chopped

Directions:

  1. Bring stock/broth to a boil and add wheat.
  2. Reduce to a simmer and cook until liquid is absorbed.
  3. Add fruit.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes; fluff and serve immediately.
