Welcome to Classic Residence by Hyatt and The Plaza Companies. In October 2008, we celebrated nine years as the premier life care senior living community in Scottsdale. We are located in the prestigious master-planned community of Grayhawk, where residents enjoy easy access to all of Grayhawk’s fabulous amenities.

In addition to casita and apartment homes, Classic Residence by Hyatt and The Plaza Companies features an on-site care center with three distinctive levels of care, including assisted living, Alzheimer’s/memory support care and skilled nursing care. Our hallmark services include club-style dining, fitness programs, computer classes, an 18-hole championship putting course, complimentary valet service and concierge assistance.
