Executive Chef Ed Padden, CEC, CDM, CFPP. As Executive Chef, Ed Padden works with the Director of Food and Beverage to oversee every aspect of the culinary program for Bentley Village, A Classic Residence by Hyatt, including menu creation, food preparation and the management of therapeutic diets. Ed's menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences. Ed's culinary expertise was developed and enhanced during his tenure in the hotel industry and at various country clubs. He is a certified executive chef, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional and has served as executive chef for Bentley Village, A Classic Residence by Hyatt, since 1996.
