National Leader in Luxury Senior Living Announces Second Scottsdale Community

There is another option for luxury senior living in the Valley. Today, Classic Residence at Silverstone, the new luxury senior living community, officially opened its Information Center where older adults can learn about the new development.

Classic Residence by Hyatt is excited to launch an encore continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in conjunction with The Plaza Companies; Classic Residence at Silverstone joins Classic Residence by Hyatt and The Plaza Companies, located at Grayhawk, as Scottsdale’s second luxury senior living community.

Slated to break ground in 2008, Classic Residence at Silverstone, located at Scottsdale Rd. and Pinnacle Peak, is projected to open in 2010 with more than 270 apartments and villas in the independent living residences.

Visitors to the Classic Residence at Silverstone Sales Center will be able to view floor plans and receive more information about services and amenities. The Information Center, which officially opens today, is located at 23415 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 101, Scottsdale 85255. Hours are 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (M-F); 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. on the weekends. Currently, Classic Residence by Hyatt owns and operates 18 properties across the country. Another three, including the Silverstone development, are slated to open within the next four years.
