Meet Laurie Rudolph.Community: Aventura, FL I have been fortunate enough to help many residents, and I feel tremendous satisfaction about my most rewarding and challenging position as Move-in Coordinator. A day in the life of Laurie Rudolph. It is another beautiful morning in sunny Miami, and my day is about to begin. As I drive down Country Club Drive to my position as Move-in Coordinator at the luxurious Classic Residence by Hyatt in Aventura, I happily anticipate what the day has in store for me. As I arrive at my office, I am cheerfully greeted by our active, early-riser residents who are eager to catch our luxury coach for their morning exercise walk at the mall. On most mornings, I will meet with my Sales Director and colleagues to discuss the status and strategies of our sales team. These updates are vitally important as the needs of our residents change. As Move-in Coordinator, my primary role is in the planning and organization of our upcoming moves in order to make this as easy a transition as possible for our new residents. I arrange a thorough orientation session with our residents that covers the amenities and services that are available to them at Classic Residence by Hyatt. I also schedule a visit to the resident’s current home that includes the measurement and placement of the furniture for their new apartment at Classic Residence by Hyatt. Then I produce a customized floor plan based on the resident’s needs. The selection of paint and carpeting would also be made at this time. I offer a variety of resources that are available to our new residents and answer any questions they may have. The remainder of my day will likely include reviewing apartment and contacting vendors, movers and various services as we prepare the apartment. On moving day, I will be here waiting our new residents and their belongings to arrive. A delicious lunch will be delivered directly to their apartment. Our beautiful Parrot and Flamingo suite is available for our new residents to reserve in advance of their move-in date if so desired. In addition to assisting with all new move-ins, I can also be found planning moves to our beautiful care center, if the need should arise. As the day winds down and it is time to go home, I reflect on the many residents whom I have met and been fortunate enough to help. |
