Hometown: Phoenix, AZ Community: Scottsdale, AZ Interests and Activities: Running, swimming, movies I’m always ready to assist residents with any questions and to ensure our vendors and employees are paid promptly and accurately. It is a privilege to impact people's lives in a positive way. Our goal is to make Classic Residence by Hyatt the leader in senior living by being friendly, innovative, resourceful, and sensitive to seniors, while being a team player. We have the best of all worlds . . . a tremendous staff, positive people and support from the residents. Classic Residence by Hyatt is a forward-thinking organization. We continue to raise the bar in the senior living industry. I have never left and not wanted to come back the next day. I like showing up in the morning and really enjoy the part I play. 9:00 a.m.: I assisted with the community’s transition to our new time clock system. I enjoy helping out where needed. 
1:00 p.m.: Classic Residence by Hyatt is fortunate to have a Northern Trust branch on site. Here I am making a daily deposit. 
3:00 p.m.: It is my privilege to work with our residents and to answer their questions about monthly statements, resident agreements or our meal program. I am pleased to be able to answer Mr. Shepley’s question about his monthly statement. |
