"F.I.R.S.T." quarterly employee recognition program.

"F.I.R.S.T." is the acronym for Friendly, Innovative, Resourceful, Sensitive to Seniors and Team Player.  This award recognizes the accomplishments of employees from Classic Residence by Hyatt senior living communities across the country. "F.I.R.S.T." employees demonstrate a strong commitment to resident satisfaction and to the company mission.

Service recognition.

The service recognition program is one small way to say "thank you" to our employees for their dedicated service. Each Classic Residence by Hyatt community celebrates milestone anniversaries achieved by their employees.  Each employee receives a  customized brochure at home, from which he or she can select a gift from a variety of items. Service is recognized at the completion of one, three, five, ten, fifteen, twenty and twenty-five years of service.
