  • Medical coverage—Full-time employees may choose from two comprehensive medical PPO plans, both with prescription drug coverage included, for themselves and their eligible dependents.
  • Dental coverage—Full-time employees may also elect coverage under a dental PPO plan for themselves and their eligible dependents.
  • Vision coverage—Classic Residence by Hyatt provides vision coverage to all full-time employees and their eligible dependents at no cost to the employee.

  • Tuition Reimbursement Program—Full-time employees may receive reimbursement for  educational expenses, including tuition, textbooks and supplies, associated with approved courses.

Smart ways to save.

Classic Residence by Hyatt helps employees to save in different ways—from saving for retirement to setting aside pre-tax money for health care costs.

  • Retirement/401(k) plan—Employees may save for retirement by contributing to the plan on a pre-tax basis. In addition to voluntary employee contributions, the plan features a generous year-end company matching contribution.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)—Employees may set aside pre-tax money into the health care FSA to pay for certain medical, dental and vision costs not covered by insurance or into the dependent care FSA to cover eligible child-care and elder-care expenses. 
  • Transit Check Program—Where the Transit Check Program is available, employees may set aside pre-tax money to pay for their commuting costs, including public transportation costs and to cover parking costs associated with their employment.

Classic Residence by Hyatt understands that, on occasion, employees may need assistance to balance their work and personal lives.

  • Employee Assistance Program—Classic Residence by Hyatt offers all employees and their family members support through an employee assistance program at no cost to the employee. Through this confidential program, employees and their dependents may obtain information, personalized referrals and consultation 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We also understand that it is important for our employees to protect their loved ones—and their income. Classic Residence by Hyatt covers full-time employees and their eligible dependents for different situations.

  • Short-term disability coverage—Classic Residence by Hyatt provides short-term disability insurance at no cost to the employee. (In California, New Jersey and New York, coverage is provided by the state.)
  • Long-term disability coverage—Employees also receive long-term disability coverage at no cost to the employee.
  • Business travel accident coverage—Classic Residence by Hyatt provides business accident insurance coverage at no cost to the employee.
  • Life insurance—Employees and their eligible dependents are covered for basic life insurance at no cost to the employee.
  • Supplemental life insurance—Employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their eligible dependents.
