As Lead Server, I enjoy talking with residents so I can provide personal service beyond food preferences. I have taken the opportunity to work closely with my supervisor and the community's management team to obtain more work experience and to build my understanding of how the community operates. I have had the pleasure to work with wonderful people who have taught me so much about this industry. We have grown to be a big, happy family.
