Building on a twenty-year commitment to enhancing the lifestyles of older adults, Classic Residence by Hyatt communities from coast to coast will celebrate National Senior Health & Fitness Day, the nation’s largest older adult health event, today May 30, 2007.

National Senior Health & Fitness Day brings together 150,000 older adults to participate in fitness activities such as walks, health fairs and screenings throughout the country as part of the 14th annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day^® (NSHFD), the nation’s largest health promotion event for older adults.

National Senior Health & Fitness Day is a unique opportunity for older adults to renew or celebrate their commitment to wellness. To encourage individuals to get involved, Classic Residence by Hyatt communities will be hosting local events such as walking groups, exercise clinics, and dynamic wellness classes such as tai chi, Reiki therapy and Pilates, most of which are open to the public.
