Classic Residence by Hyatt Celebrates Grand Opening of Model Residence

Highlands Ranch Senior Living Community First of Its Kind in Colorado

HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO, FEBRUARY 14, 2005

Classic Residence by Hyatt, a national leader in luxury senior living, celebrated the grand opening of its model residence and sales center in Highlands Ranch on Tuesday, February 2. More than 100 community leaders and dignitaries attended the model grand opening event, which marks the next stage in the development of the first "Type A" continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Colorado.

Classic Residence by Hyatt in Highlands Ranch is a 23.5-acre community that will offer older adults an upscale lifestyle that combines luxury residences, services, amenities, and a continuum of care. Plans for the premier retirement community call for approximately 250 independent living residences, ranging in size from 900 to 2,000 square feet, as well as a 40,217 square foot on-site care center offering assisted living, Alzheimer's/memory support care and skilled nursing care. Scheduled to open in 2008, Classic Residence by Hyatt is now showcasing its model residence and sales center located at the southwest intersection of University Boulevard and Venneford Ranch Road in Highlands Ranch. Future residents have 19 distinctive floor plans to choose from.
