John Muzio - Executive Director

John Muzio is responsible for the comfort, well-being and satisfaction of each resident at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Yonkers.

As Executive Director, John oversees every aspect of the community, including the quality of services, amenities, programs and care provided to residents. John exemplifies Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, philosophy and core values of integrity, compassion and excellence and ensures that each employee upholds these tenets.

With his extensive experience in hospitality and senior living, John demonstrates his dedication to providing excellent service and enhanced lifestyle opportunities for older adults every day. He earned his master of business administration degree from Dowling College.

Nancy Campagna - Sales Director

Nancy Campagna is responsible for sales at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Yonkers, promoting the benefits of senior living to older adults and their family and friends.

As Sales Director, Nancy manages the sales team and represents Classic Residence by Hyatt to the larger community. She also serves as a resource to community organizations on the topics of senior living, personal care, and Alzheimer's and dementia care.

A resident of Bronxville, New York, Nancy earned her master of social work degree from Fordham University, with a specialization in gerontology. Her experience in both international hospitality and senior living has made her a true sales leader.

Vincent Ferulli - Director of Engineering

Vincent Ferulli is responsible for maintaining every aspect of the setting at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Yonkers.

As Director of Engineering, Vincent manages maintenance operations in such a way that residents are proud to call the community home and to invite their family and friends to share their experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.

With more than 20 years of hospitality and real estate experience, Vincent is dedicated to maintaining this richly designed environment at the highest standards.

Elaine Garcia - Director of Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources, Elaine Garcia enhances both resident and employee satisfaction through expert oversight and management of the community’s human resources function. She recruits and develops top employees who have a passion for working with older adults.

Elaine's background in hospitality and hotel management contributes to the resident and employee experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.

Lydia Guintu, CDM, CFPP - Director of Dining Services

Lydia Guintu is responsible for every aspect of the dining experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Yonkers, from table reservations and settings to the personalized service each resident receives.

As Director of Dining Services, Lydia oversees the resident dining experience in the community’s dining venues, including private dining functions that residents host for their families and friends.

Lydia’s background at Classic Residence by Hyatt enhances the dining experience every day for each resident. She is a certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.

Jackie Hardaway - Director of Housekeeping

Jackie Hardaway ensures that the highest possible degree of cleanliness and aesthetic value is achieved at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Yonkers.

As Director of Housekeeping, Jackie oversees the housekeeping function for each resident’s home as well as the community areas.

Jackie's extensive background in the hotel and hospitality industry contributes to the resident experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.

Denise Kuhbier, RNC - Director of Personal Care

Denise Kuhbier, RNC, is responsible for all aspects of the care and services provided to residents of personal care and Alzheimer’s and dementia care at Classic Residence by Hyatt.

As Director of Personal Care, Denise ensures that care and services are delivered in accordance with Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, core values, resident care philosophy and standards of care and practice.

Denise brings a wealth of experience to Classic Residence by Hyatt in Yonkers, including 18 years in nursing. She is a certified psychiatric nurse and earned her master's degree in health services administration.

Piera Lombardo, LCSW - Director of Resident Services

Piera Lombardo promotes a healthy, enriching environment at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Yonkers.

As Director of Resident Services, Piera helps to ensure that each resident is receiving the appropriate level of services and care. She is pleased to address the questions of residents and their family members about care options and other matters.

Piera earned her master's degree in social work from New York University. Her background and previous experience in senior living enhance her ability to manage resident services and the community’s continuum of care.

Tim Strasser, CEC, CDM, CFPP - Executive Chef

As Executive Chef, Tim Strasser oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Yonkers, including menu creation and food preparation. Tim’s menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences.

A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Tim joined Classic Residence by Hyatt in 1995 with more than 20 years of culinary and hospitality experience. He has received customized training provided by The Culinary Institute of America on nutrition, healthy cooking and baking techniques, flavor dynamics and food and wine pairing. He is a certified executive chef, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.

Diana Vayserfirova - Lifestyle Director

Diana Vayserfirova creates and implements lifestyle-enriching programs that contribute to each resident’s whole-person wellness.

As Lifestyle Director, Diana oversees lifestyle programs designed for residents, such as social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes and more.

Diana earned her master's degree in social work from Yeshiva University.
