Robin Granat, LCSW, CALA - Executive Director

Robin Granat is responsible for the comfort, well-being and satisfaction of each resident at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Teaneck.

As Executive Director, Robin oversees every aspect of the community, including the quality of services, amenities, programs and care provided to residents. Robin exemplifies Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, philosophy and core values of integrity, compassion and excellence and ensures that each employee upholds these tenets.

Robin joined Classic Residence by Hyatt with 25 years of experience working with older adults and their families. She has a certificate in gerontology from Rutgers University and is a New Jersey-certified assisted living administrator.

Yolanda Andrews - Sales Director

Yolanda Andrews is responsible for sales at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Teaneck, promoting the benefits of senior living to older adults and their family and friends.

As Sales Director, Yolanda manages the sales team and represents Classic Residence by Hyatt to the larger community. She also serves as a resource to community organizations on the topic of senior living.

Yolanda, who has a wealth of sales experience, is dedicated to providing the finest resident experience.

David Barbieri, CEC, CDM, CFPP - Executive Chef

As Executive Chef, David Barbieri oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Teaneck, including menu creation and food preparation. David's menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences.

David's culinary expertise has been enhanced by his extensive experience at various fine dining venues and vineyards. In addition to his applied science degree in culinary arts, David earned his master of business administration degree in finance. He has also completed an overseas study program in Italian language, culture, art history and architecture. He is a certified executive chef, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.

Laura Braff - Lifestyle Director

Laura Braff creates and implements lifestyle-enriching programs that contribute to each resident’s whole-person wellness.

As Lifestyle Director, Laura oversees lifestyle programs designed for residents, such as social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes and more.

Laura brought her enthusiasm for working with older adults to Classic Residence by Hyatt in 2003.

Beth Hagedoorn - Director of Accounting

Beth Hagedoorn is responsible for the accuracy of operational accounting for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Teaneck.

As Director of Accounting, Beth oversees all accounting functions and is responsive to resident requests and questions.

With her background in accounting and her commitment to older adults, Beth exemplifies our core values of integrity, compassion and excellence.

Sue Hammann, RN - Director of Personal Care

Sue Hammann, RN, is responsible for all aspects of the enhanced personal services provided at Classic Residence by Hyatt.

As Director of Personal Care, Sue ensures that enhanced personal services are delivered in accordance with Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, core values, resident care philosophy and standards of care and practice.

Sue's career commitment to working with older adults spans a variety of health care fields, including assisted living and rehabilitation.

David Hultman - Director of Engineering and Housekeeping

David Hultman is responsible for maintaining every aspect of the setting at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Teaneck and for ensuring that the highest possible degree of cleanliness and aesthetic value is achieved.

As Director of Engineering and Housekeeping, David manages maintenance and housekeeping operations in such a way that residents are proud to call the community home and to invite their family and friends to share their experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.

With more than 20 years of experience, David is dedicated to maintaining this richly designed environment at the highest standards.

Jeanne Romano - Director of Dining Services

Jeanne Romano is responsible for every aspect of the dining experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Teaneck, from table reservations and settings to the personalized service each resident receives.

As Director of Dining Services, Jeanne oversees the resident dining experience in the community’s dining venues, including private dining functions that residents host for their families and friends.

Jeanne brings 25 years of experience in the setting of upscale country clubs to the Classic Residence by Hyatt dining experience.

Marc Sturiale, PHR, CALA - Director of Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources, Marc Sturiale enhances both resident and employee satisfaction through expert oversight and management of the community’s human resources function. He recruits and develops top employees who have a passion for working with older adults.

Marc brings a diverse human resources background to Classic Residence by Hyatt, including leadership experience in the hospitality and health care industries. He is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA).

Carla Twardzik, LSW, CALA - Director of Resident Services

Carla Twardzik promotes a healthy, enriching environment at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Teaneck.

As Director of Resident Services, Carla helps to ensure that each resident is receiving the appropriate level of services and care. She is pleased to address the questions of residents and their family members about care options and other matters.

Carla brings a broad background in senior living to the resident experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt. She received her master’s in social work and is a licensed social worker and certified assisted living administrator.
