Family: Husband Dr. Robert Williams, 2 sons and 2 daughters, 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren

My husband and I were afraid we would miss our large home in Port Royal, but here at Bentley Village we have a really big apartment with so many windows and sliders plus a lovely porch for my orchids. We also have the same Florida feel we had in our home for so many years. We are so happy here! We love the food, the entertainment, the parties and the graciousness of all of the Classic Residence by Hyatt family. All my children agree that Bentley Village is a wonderful place!

A day in the life of Ali Williams.

Quilting is my passion. Most of the women in my family are quilters, even a few of my granddaughters. My quilting is very high tech. I download my designs, and my sewing machine automatically stitches what I select. I’m currently working on the squares of the Baltimore Album for a family quilt.

I also enjoy being involved in the community of Bentley Village. I work with Bentley Village TV. I've done the “Campus Canine Cuties” series, photographed and made a photo story of all the golf tournaments, and try to take pictures of anything interesting our residents would like.

Golf is so important to me, and here we have our wonderful Bentley Village golf course. The men and women are fun, and our course is top shelf! My friends and I just love being together, and even those who have never played before are welcomed and included in all our tournaments. I do all the photos (of course!), and I make a special Bentley Village golf towel for anyone who gets a hole in one.

The ladies aquacize group meets three times a week, and we really do work out summer and winter. Our leader, Dean, sets our own pace so all can enjoy.
