Ingredients:
Place yogurt in cheesecloth or a fine sieve and set in the refrigerator to drain for at least 1 hour. Mix cucumbers with salt, then combine with garlic and yogurt. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Return to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Top grilled meat with approximately 2 tablespoons of chilled sauce. Serving suggestion: Delicious sauce for grilled meats, especially lamb! | ||
