Herb Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 pounds asparagus spears—cooked
  • 1/4 cup olive oil—virgin
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • white pepper—to taste
  • 1 tablespoon parsley—chopped
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoons garlic—chopped

Directions:

  1. Cook asparagus in boiling water.
  2. Toss asparagus with oil, cheese, pepper, parsley, thyme and garlic.
  3. Serve immediately.
