Classic Residence by Hyatt and The Plaza Companies is a continuing care retirement community. A community suited to your lifestyle. And one that offers the peace of mind that comes with our continuing care program. Should a need develop for assisted living, Alzheimer's and dementia care, or skilled nursing care, residents who are covered under our continuing care program pay the same monthly fee for these services charged for their independent living home, with only an additional charge for extra meals and ancillary items. The on-site care center features private accommodations for residential assisted living, Alzheimer's and dementia care, and skilled nursing care.
