Gail Rankin - Executive Director

Gail Rankin is responsible for the comfort, well-being and satisfaction of each resident at Classic Residence at Silverstone.

As Executive Director, Gail oversees every aspect of the community, including the quality of services, amenities, programs and care provided to residents. Gail exemplifies Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, philosophy and core values of integrity, compassion and excellence and ensures that each employee upholds these tenets.

With more than 25 years of experience in the health care field, Gail has demonstrated her dedication to older adults. She is licensed in Arizona as a nursing home administrator and holds certifications as an administrator-in-training preceptor and as an assisted living manager.

John Koselak - Associate Executive Director

John Koselak assists the Executive Director in ensuring the highest quality experience for each resident we serve.

As Associate Executive Director, John helps the Executive Director to manage the personalized delivery of high-quality services, amenities, programs and care. John exemplifies Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, philosophy and core values of integrity, compassion and excellence and ensures that each employee upholds these tenets.

John began his career with the company as Director of Food and Beverage Operations at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Palo Alto and is a certified food and beverage executive, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional. His extensive background in senior living and the hospitality industry is ideally suited to our discerning resident clientele.

Thomas Harper - Director of Accounting

Thomas Harper is responsible for the accuracy of operational accounting for Classic Residence at Silverstone.

As Director of Accounting, Thomas oversees all accounting functions and is responsive to resident requests and questions.

Thomas exemplifies our core values of integrity, compassion and excellence.

Robin Keefe, PHR - Director of Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources, Robin Keefe enhances both resident and employee satisfaction through expert oversight and management of the community’s human resources function. She recruits and develops top employees who have a passion for working with older adults.

Robin's human resources background in senior living enhances the resident and employee experience at Classic Residence at Silverstone. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources.

Jacqui McCormley - Lifestyle Director

Jacqui McCormley creates and implements lifestyle-enriching programs that contribute to each resident’s whole-person wellness.

As Lifestyle Director, Jacqui oversees lifestyle programs designed for residents, such as social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes and more.

Lynnette Melbostad - Sales Director

Lynnette Melbostad is responsible for educating prospective residents and area business and community leaders about the benefits of living at Classic Residence at Silverstone and for the sales success of this continuing care community under development.

As Sales Director, Lynnette provides leadership to the sales team and develops and maintains strong relationships with prospective and future residents and other members of the surrounding community.

Lynnette's extensive experience, combined with her dedication to our clientele, has made her a true sales leader.

David Stoppenbrink - Director of Facilities Management

David Stoppenbrink is responsible for maintaining every aspect of the setting at Classic Residence at Silverstone.

As Director of Facilities Management, David manages maintenance operations in such a way that residents are proud to call the community home and to invite their family and friends to share their experience at Classic Residence at Silverstone.

David brings a wealth of experience in hospitality and health care to the community and is dedicated to maintaining this richly designed environment at the highest standards.

Jeffrey Weston - Executive Chef

As Executive Chef, Jeff oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence at Silverstone, including menu creation, food preparation and the management of therapeutic diets. Jeff's menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences.

Jeff's culinary expertise was developed and enhanced at some of Arizona's finest country clubs. He earned his culinary arts degree from the International School of Cooking at The Art Institute of Phoenix and holds certifications from the National Restaurant Association for Serv Safe Food Safety and the American Culinary Federation in nutrition. He has been a guest on Good Morning Arizona, Sonoran Living and Arizona Food & Lifestyles.
