Rocsana Bowers - Executive Director

Rocsana Bowers is responsible for the comfort, well-being and satisfaction of each resident at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Pompano Beach.

As Executive Director, Rocsana oversees every aspect of the community, including the quality of service, amenities, programs and care provided to residents. Rocsana exemplifies Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, philosophy and core values of integrity, compassion and excellence and ensures that each employee upholds these tenets.

With over 20 years of experience in the health care industry, Rocsana has demonstrated her dedication to older adults. She earned her master's degree in public health administration from the University of San Francisco and is a member of the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA) and the California Assisted Living Association (CALA).

Wendy Bednarcik - Director of Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources, Wendy Bednarcik enhances both resident and employee satisfaction through expert oversight and management of the community’s human resources function. She recruits and develops top employees who have a passion for working with older adults.

Wendy's human resources background contributes to the resident and employee experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.

Samuel Childers - Executive Chef

As Executive Chef, Samuel Childers oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Pompano Beach, including menu creation and food preparation. Samuel's menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences.

Ryan Landerholm - Sales Director

Ryan Landerholm is responsible for sales at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Pompano Beach, promoting the benefits of senior living to older adults and their family and friends.

As Sales Director, Ryan manages the sales team and represents Classic Residence by Hyatt to the larger community. He also serves as a resource to community organizations on the topics of senior living and assisted living.

Daniel Mills, CFBE, CDM, CFPP - Director of Dining Services

Daniel Mills is responsible for every aspect of the dining experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Pompano Beach, from table reservations and settings to the personalized service each resident receives.

As Director of Dining Services, Daniel oversees the resident dining experience in the community’s dining venues, including private dining functions that residents host for their families and friends.

Daniel’s extensive hospitality management experience ideally suits him to meet and exceed the expectations of our discerning clientele. He is a certified food and beverage executive, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.

Tony Mitchell - Director of Engineering

Tony Mitchell is responsible for maintaining every aspect of the setting at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Pompano Beach.

As Director of Engineering, Tony manages maintenance operations in such a way that residents are proud to call the community home and to invite their family and friends to share their experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.

Tony brings a wealth of experience to the community and is dedicated to maintaining this richly designed environment at the highest standards.

Lindsay Parker - Director of Accounting

Lindsay Parker is responsible for the accuracy of operational accounting for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Pompano Beach.

As Director of Accounting, Lindsay oversees all accounting functions and is responsive to resident requests and questions. She exemplifies our core values of integrity, compassion and excellence.

Patrick Pearson - Lifestyle Director

Patrick Pearson creates and implements lifestyle-enriching programs that contribute to each resident’s whole-person wellness.

As Lifestyle Director, Patrick oversees lifestyle programs designed for residents, such as social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes and more.

Patrick’s expertise in the health and fitness field and in the hospitality industry ensures that residents enjoy numerous opportunities for a happy, healthy lifestyle.

Reyna Rocha - Director of Housekeeping

Reyna Rocha ensures that the highest possible degree of cleanliness and aesthetic value is achieved at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Pompano Beach.

As Director of Housekeeping, Reyna oversees the housekeeping function for each resident’s home as well as the community areas.

Betsy Siegel - Director of Resident Services

Betsy Siegel promotes a healthy, enriching environment at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Pompano Beach.

As Director of Resident Services, Betsy helps to ensure that each resident is receiving the appropriate level of services and care. She is pleased to address the questions of residents and their family members about care options and other matters.

With Betsy’s extensive customer service experience at apartment, condominium and senior living communities, she is well qualified to maintain excellent communications with residents and families and to promote a warm, caring environment.

Cathy Sprague, RN - Director of Assisted Living

Cathy Sprague, RN, is responsible for all aspects of the care and services provided to residents of assisted living at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Pompano Beach.

As Director of Assisted Living, Cathy ensures that care and services are delivered in accordance with Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, core values, resident care philosophy and standards of care and practice.

An experienced nurse and health care leader, Cathy has completed the State of Florida Assisted Living Facility Core training and is the administrator of record for the assisted living program.
