Steven Borden, CPA - Director of Accounting

Steven Borden is responsible for the accuracy of operational accounting for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Plantation.

As Director of Accounting, Steven oversees all accounting functions and is responsive to resident requests and questions.

With an extensive background in accounting, an MBA degree from the City University of New York and a CPA license in the state of Florida, Steven exemplifies our core values of integrity, compassion and excellence.

Jayne Boulton - Sales Director

Jayne Boulton is responsible for sales at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Plantation, promoting the benefits of senior living to older adults and their family and friends.

As Sales Director, Jayne manages the sales team and represents Classic Residence by Hyatt to the larger community. She also serves as a resource to community organizations on the topics of senior living and assisted living.

Jayne's experience in senior living and at Classic Residence by Hyatt has made her a true sales leader, and she has been honored for her management abilities. She earned her bachelor’s degree in health care administration from Barry University in Miami.

Jean Chery, CEC, CDM, CFPP - Executive Chef

As Executive Chef, Jean Chery oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Plantation, including menu creation and food preparation. Jean's menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences.

Jean's culinary expertise was developed and enhanced at various hotels and resorts. He has received customized training provided by The Culinary Institute of America on nutrition, healthy cooking and baking techniques, flavor dynamics and food and wine pairing. He is a certified executive chef, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional. Jean earned his degree in culinary arts from the French Culinary Institute in New York City.

Eugenie Davis-Johns - Director of Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources, Eugenie Davis-Johns enhances both resident and employee satisfaction through expert oversight and management of the community’s human resources function. She recruits and develops top employees who have a passion for working with older adults.

Eugenie earned her master of business administration degree from American InterContinental University in Florida and was nominated to honors society Sigma Beta Delta for outstanding scholastic achievement.

Ray Dittmar - Director of Housekeeping

Ray Dittmar ensures that the highest possible degree of cleanliness and aesthetic value is achieved at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Plantation.

As Director of Housekeeping, Ray oversees the housekeeping function for each resident’s home as well as the community areas.

Ray's extensive background in housekeeping management in the hotel industry contributes to the resident experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.

Maria Dominguez - Director of Resident Services

Maria Dominguez promotes a healthy, enriching environment at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Plantation.

As Director of Resident Services, Maria helps to ensure that each resident is receiving the appropriate level of services and care. She is pleased to address the questions of residents and their family members about care options and other matters.

Maria's 20 years of care experience enhance her ability to manage resident services and the community’s continuum of care.

Andi Dyke - Lifestyle Director

Andi Dyke creates and implements lifestyle-enriching programs that contribute to each resident’s whole-person wellness.

As Lifestyle Director, Andi oversees lifestyle programs designed for residents, such as social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes and more.

Andi's senior living experience has enhanced the relationships she develops with residents.

Andrew Girolami - Director of Engineering

Andrew Girolami is responsible for maintaining every aspect of the setting at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Plantation.

As Director of Engineering, Andy manages maintenance operations in such a way that residents are proud to call the community home and to invite their family and friends to share their experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.

Andy brings a wealth of experience to the community and is dedicated to maintaining this richly designed environment at the highest standards.

Bonnie Wilkens, RN - Director of Assisted Living

Bonnie Wilkens, RN, is responsible for all aspects of the care and services provided to residents of assisted living at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Plantation.

As Director of Assisted Living, Bonnie ensures that care and services are delivered in accordance with Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, core values, resident care philosophy and standards of care and practice.

An experienced nurse and health care leader, Bonnie has completed the State of Florida Assisted Living Facility Core training and is the administrator of record for the assisted living program.
