Marion Heard - Sales Director

Marion Heard is responsible for sales at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Dallas, promoting the benefits of senior living in a meaningful way to older adults and their family and friends.

As Sales Director, Marion manages the sales team and represents Classic Residence by Hyatt to the larger community. She also serves as a resource to community organizations on the topic of senior living.

Lucy Hernandez - Director of Dining Services

Lucy Hernandez is responsible for every aspect of the dining experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Dallas, from table reservations and settings to the personalized service each resident receives.

As Director of Dining Services, Lucy oversees the resident dining experience in the community’s elegant club-style dining room.

Tosin Kazeem - Director of Housekeeping

Tosin Kazeem ensures that the highest possible degree of cleanliness and aesthetic value is achieved at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Dallas.

As Director of Housekeeping, Tosin oversees the housekeeping function for each resident’s home as well as the community areas.

Risi Lawal - Director of Accounting

Risi Lawal is responsible for the accuracy of operational accounting for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Dallas.

As Director of Accounting, Risi oversees all accounting functions and is responsive to resident requests and questions.

Risi, whose experience includes accounting and human resources, is an active member of the American Payroll Association and Society for Human Resources Management.

Renee Maucher- Director of Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources, Renee Maucher enhances both resident and employee satisfaction through expert oversight and management of the community’s human resources function. She recruits and develops top employees who have a passion for working with older adults.

Renee began her Classic Residence by Hyatt career in the company's Chicago office. She earned her master of science degree in human resources from Loyola University Chicago.

Karisti Shankle - Lifestyle Director

Karisti Shankle creates and implements lifestyle-enriching programs that contribute to each resident’s whole-person wellness.

As Lifestyle Director, Karisti oversees lifestyle programs designed for residents, such as social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes and more.

Karisti serves on the board of the Activity Professionals Association of Greater Dallas. Her experience in senior living enhances her ability to develop exciting programs that residents enjoy.

Dee Thornton - Director of Resident Services

Dee Thornton promotes a healthy, enriching environment at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Dallas.

As Director of Resident Services, Dee helps to ensure that each resident is receiving the appropriate level of services and care. She is pleased to address the questions of residents and their family members about care options and other matters.

Jose Torres - Director of Engineering

Jose Torres is responsible for maintaining every aspect of the setting at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Dallas.

As Director of Engineering, Jose manages maintenance operations in such a way that residents are proud to call the community home and to invite their family and friends to share their experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.

With his extensive experience in engineering and advanced certifications, Jose is dedicated to maintaining this richly designed environment at the highest standards.

Ke'o Velasquez - Executive Chef

As Executive Chef, Ke'o Velasquez oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Dallas, including menu creation and food preparation. Ke'o's menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences.

Ke'o has worked with a number of award-winning chefs at fine restaurants in Hawaii and Dallas, where his experience has encompassed a variety of cuisines ranging from American classic to the international spectrum. He is a certified food manager.
