Also as part of our commitment to your dining experience, we feature Classically Caring Cuisine,™ exclusive selections that are generally lower in sodium, fat or sugar, yet high in flavor.

Our menu offers a wide variety of options to suit your tastes and preferences, including regional favorites, traditional home-style meals and new recipes. Bentley Village's attractive dining venues include a beautifully appointed club-style dining room and an intimate bistro—the perfect places to read your mail, celebrate a special occasion, catch up with your neighbors over coffee or linger over a gelato. No matter which venue you choose, you will find that our friendly staff is prepared to complement your experience with attentive service. In addition, you can reserve the private dining room for your parties and family gatherings.

Naples - Ed Padden

Executive Chef Ed Padden, CEC, CDM, CFPP.

As Executive Chef, Ed Padden works with the Director of Food and Beverage to oversee every aspect of the culinary program for Bentley Village, A Classic Residence by Hyatt, including menu creation, food preparation and the management of therapeutic diets. Ed's menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences.

Ed's culinary expertise was developed and enhanced during his tenure in the hotel industry and at various country clubs. He is a certified executive chef, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional and has served as executive chef for Bentley Village, A Classic Residence by Hyatt, since 1996.
