Todd Miller - Executive Director

Todd Miller is responsible for the comfort, well-being and satisfaction of each resident at Classic Residence by Hyatt at The Glen.
As Executive Director, Todd oversees every aspect of the community, including the quality of services, amenities, programs and care provided to residents. Todd exemplifies Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, philosophy and core values of integrity, compassion and excellence and ensures that each employee upholds these tenets.
With more than 26 years of experience in the retirement living industry, Todd has demonstrated his dedication to older adults.

Cherie Getlin - Care Center Administrator

Cherie Getlin ensures that each resident of the Classic Residence by Hyatt care center receives appropriate care and services and enjoys a variety of enriching programs and activities.
As Care Center Administrator, Cherie oversees every aspect of the Classic Residence by Hyatt care center, from the quality of the resident experience and care to communications with family members. She is a member of the multidisciplinary Classic Residence by Hyatt care team, which works with each resident and his or her family and physician to develop a personalized plan of services and care.
With her background in senior living and her master’s degree in health administration from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois, Cherie has demonstrated her dedication to managing care and services for older adults. She is a licensed nursing home administrator.

Andrea Agazim - Lifestyle Director

Andrea Agazim creates and implements lifestyle-enriching programs that contribute to each resident’s whole-person wellness.
As Lifestyle Director, Andrea oversees lifestyle programs designed for residents, such as social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes and more.
Andrea’s commitment to each resident is evident in the exciting and fulfilling programs and events she designs.

Sandy Anderson - Sales Director

Sandy Anderson is responsible for sales at Classic Residence by Hyatt at The Glen, promoting the benefits of senior living to older adults and their family and friends.
As Sales Director, Sandy manages the sales team and represents Classic Residence by Hyatt to the larger community. She also serves as a resource to community organizations on the topics of senior living and continuing care.
Sandy’s experience in senior living and health care has made her a true sales leader. She earned her master’s degree in organizational development from Roosevelt University in Chicago.

Christine Bernal, RN - Director of Nursing

Christine Bernal, RN, is responsible for the quality of care and services provided to residents of assisted living, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and skilled nursing care at Classic Residence by Hyatt at The Glen.
As Director of Nursing, Christine works with the Care Center Administrator, the resident’s personal physician and the consulting medical director to develop the plan of care or plan of services for each resident. She ensures that care and services are delivered in accordance with Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, core values, resident care philosophy and standards of care and practice. She serves as a member of the multidisciplinary Classic Residence by Hyatt care team.
Christine brings a wealth of experience to Classic Residence by Hyatt, including 16 years as a registered nurse.

Eileen Christenson, CPA - Director of Accounting

Eileen Christenson, CPA, is responsible for the accuracy of operational accounting for Classic Residence by Hyatt at The Glen.
As Director of Accounting, Eileen oversees all accounting functions and is responsive to resident requests and questions.
With her background in public accounting and her commitment to older adults, Eileen exemplifies our core values of integrity, compassion and excellence.

Shep Drinkwater, CEC, CDM, CFPP - Executive Chef

As Executive Chef, Shep Drinkwater oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence by Hyatt at The Glen, including menu creation, food preparation and the management of therapeutic diets. Shep’s menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences.
Shep’s culinary expertise was developed and enhanced during his tenure with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. He has received customized training provided by The Culinary Institute of America on nutrition, healthy cooking and baking techniques, flavor dynamics and food and wine pairing. A certified executive chef, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional, Shep is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.

Lori Goldman - Director of Resident Services

Lori Goldman promotes a healthy, enriching environment at Classic Residence by Hyatt at The Glen.
As Director of Resident Services, Lori helps to ensure that each resident is receiving the appropriate level of services and care. She is pleased to address the questions of residents and their family members about care options and other matters.
Lori’s extensive background in senior living and health care enhances her ability to manage resident services and the community’s continuum of care.

As Director of Housekeeping, Karen oversees the housekeeping function for each resident’s home as well as the community areas.
Karen's extensive background in housekeeping management contributes to the resident experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.

Sam Nano, CFBE, CDM, CFPP - Director of Dining Services

Sam Nano is responsible for every aspect of the dining experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt at The Glen, from table reservations and settings to the personalized service each resident receives.
As Director of Dining Services, Sam oversees the resident dining experience in the community’s dining venues, including private dining functions that residents host for their families and friends.
With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality, hotel and senior living industries, Sam has a background that is ideally suited to our discerning resident clientele. He is a certified food and beverage executive, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.

As Director of Human Resources, Angela Schmidt enhances both resident and employee satisfaction through expert oversight and management of the community’s human resources function. She recruits and develops top employees who have a passion for working with older adults.

John Williams is responsible for maintaining every aspect of the setting at Classic Residence by Hyatt at The Glen.
As Director of Engineering, John manages maintenance operations in such a way that residents are proud to call the community home and to invite their family and friends to share their experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.
John gained his expertise and his customer focus during his 20 years in the hotel industry. His numerous certifications demonstrate his commitment to maintaining the highest standards for our residents.
