Executive Chef Shep Drinkwater, CEC, CDM, CFPP.As Executive Chef, Shep Drinkwater oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence by Hyatt at The Glen, including menu creation, food preparation and the management of therapeutic diets. Shep’s menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences. Shep’s culinary expertise was developed and enhanced during his tenure with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. A certified executive chef, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional, Shep is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. |
