Rocsana exemplifies Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, philosophy and core values of integrity, compassion and excellence and ensures that each employee upholds these tenets.<BR><BR>With over 20 years of experience in the health care industry, Rocsana has demonstrated her dedication to older adults. She earned her master's degree in public health administration from the University of San Francisco and is a member of the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA) and the California Assisted Living Association (CALA).
