As Executive Chef, Gregory Strickland oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Highlands Ranch, including menu creation, food preparation and the management of therapeutic diets. Gregory's menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences.

Gregory has more than 19 years of experience in the culinary arts and has served as chef at several fine restaurants and resorts. He is a certified executive chef, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.
