Classic Residence by Hyatt in Highlands Ranch, the 23.5-acre senior living community that welcomed its first residents in July of last year, opens its Care Center on Friday, June 12. The Care Center has 16 one-bedroom apartments for assisted living, 12 suites for Alzheimer’s/memory support and 24 suites for skilled nursing care services available on-site to residents. The $150 million dollar development, “Type A” continuing care retirement community (CCRC), is the first of its kind in Colorado. It is located just south of Denver and has 252 independent living residences.
