Classic Residence by Hyatt Announces New Vice President of Operations
Leader in Senior Living Continues Expansion of its Operations Team
CHICAGO, IL, JANUARY 11, 2006Classic Residence by Hyatt, a national leader in luxury senior living, today announced David Coluzzi joined the company as a vice president of operations. Coluzzi joins a team that is currently enjoying steady expansion in response to the company's recent and significant growth. In his role, Coluzzi will assume operational and financial performance responsibility for several of the company's senior living communities.
David Coluzzi has 23 years of experience in the senior living industry. Most recently, he was the senior vice president of the Atria Senior Living Group's western division, and oversaw 65 communities in eight states. Prior to that, he was a vice president for the Mariner Post Acute Network. Coluzzi holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Arizona at Tucson, and spent four years in the United States Air Force. He and his family plan to relocate to Chicago from the Sacramento area.
