Classic Residence by Hyatt, the leading provider of luxury living for older adults, celebrates the completion of two unique resident-focused programs, just in time for the holiday season. Both national initiatives, the fifth annual Classic Moments calendar and the second annual Classic Artists Series, recognize the diverse life experiences and artistic and creative ability of residents.

The programs demonstrate the company’s commitment to celebrating the lives and accomplishments of its residents. From sharing past life experiences and making new friends, to exploring painting and drawing, residents at all Classic Residence by Hyatt communities experience environments that provide rich opportunities to positively impact their wellness and successful aging.

“Our commitment to whole-person wellness programming sets us apart,” said JoAnne Carlin, vice president of resident care, Classic Residence by Hyatt. “Annual programs like the Classic Moments calendar and the Classic Artists Series help keep residents’ minds, bodies, and spirits active, which is the kind of energized environment we encourage at all of our communities throughout the year.”

Classic Moments Calendar
In its fifth year, the 2008 Classic Moments calendar continues to delight Classic Residence by Hyatt residents and employees with a look back at the favorite moments in 12 individuals and couples’ dynamics lives, past and present, through a series of dynamic photography. Each photo of the past is paired with a reflection of the resident’s current luxury lifestyle at Classic Residence by Hyatt.

Classic Artists Series
The second annual Classic Artists Series invited Classic Residence by Hyatt residents to submit an original piece of artwork to be considered for a collective set of elegant note cards. One winner was selected from each community through two rounds of competitive judging at both the community level and the Classic Residence by Hyatt corporate office in Chicago.
