Margie Longstreth - Executive Director

Margie Longstreth is responsible for the comfort, well-being and satisfaction of each resident at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Boca Raton.

As Executive Director, Margie oversees every aspect of the community, including the quality of services, amenities, programs and care provided to residents. Margie exemplifies Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, philosophy and core values of integrity, compassion and excellence and ensures that each employee upholds these tenets.

With her years of experience in the senior living industry, Margie has demonstrated her dedication to older adults.

Fred Berinato, CFBE, CDM, CFPP - Director of Dining Services

Fred Berinato is responsible for every aspect of the dining experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Boca Raton, from table reservations and settings to the personalized service each resident receives.

As Director of Dining Services, Fred oversees the resident dining experience in the community’s dining venues, including private dining functions that residents host for their families and friends.

Fred's extensive background in hospitality is ideally suited to our discerning resident clientele. He is a certified food and beverage executive, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional, as well as a member of the National Certified Dietary Manager Association.

Shay Manibog, PHR - Director of Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources, Shay enhances both resident and employee satisfaction through expert oversight and management of the community’s human resources function. She recruits and develops top employees who have a passion for working with older adults.

Shay has extensive experience and has earned her certification as a Professional in Human Resources.

Ana McKinney - Director of Resident Services

Ana McKinney promotes a healthy, enriching environment at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Boca Raton.

As Director of Resident Services, Ana helps to ensure that each resident is receiving the appropriate level of services and care. She is pleased to address the questions of residents and their family members about care options and other matters.

Leyla Ramos - Director of Accounting

Leyla Ramos is responsible for the accuracy of operational accounting for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Boca Raton.

As Director of Accounting, Leyla oversees all accounting functions and is responsive to resident requests and questions.

With her experience in accounting, Leyla exemplifies our core values of integrity, compassion and excellence.

Diana Scott, LPN - Director of Assisted Living

Diana Scott, LPN, is responsible for all aspects of the care and services provided to residents of assisted living at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Boca Raton.

As Director of Assisted Living, Diana ensures that care and services are delivered in accordance with Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, core values, resident care philosophy and standards of care and practice.

An experienced nurse and health care leader, Diana has completed the State of Florida CORE training and is the administrator of record for the assisted living program.

Vincent Shola - Director of Housekeeping

Vincent Shola ensures that the highest possible degree of cleanliness and aesthetic value is achieved at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Boca Raton.

As Director of Housekeeping, Vincent oversees the housekeeping function for each resident’s home as well as the community areas.

Kenneth Vedernjak - Director of Engineering

Kenneth Vedernjak is responsible for maintaining every aspect of the setting at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Boca Raton.

As Director of Engineering, Kenneth manages maintenance operations in such a way that residents are proud to call the community home and to invite their family and friends to share their experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.
