Executive Chef Anthony Santomauro, CDM, CFPP.

As Executive Chef, Anthony Santomauro oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Boca Raton, including menu creation and food preparation. Anthony’s menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences.

Anthony’s culinary expertise was developed and enhanced at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. He received his education at the Academy of Culinary Arts in New Jersey and holds a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts. He is a certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.
