For your convenience, you can enjoy Chef Ibgui's cuisine in one of this community's three distinctive dining venues. Celebrate a special occasion in the elegant Royal Palms formal dining room. Linger over coffee and dessert with friends in the Calypso Room, a casual dining venue with an emphasis on fresh seafood. Or start the day on a high note by enjoying breakfast with your guests in the vibrant Isis Café. In addition, you can reserve the private dining room for your parties and family gatherings.

Executive Chef Robert Ibgui, CEC, DM.

As Executive Chef, Robert Ibgui oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Aventura, including menu creation, food preparation and the management of therapeutic diets. Robert's menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences.

Robert's culinary expertise was developed in the hotel industry and at country clubs and gourmet restaurants. He received his culinary diploma from the prestigious Mederic Culinary School in Paris. He is a certified executive chef and a dietary manager.
