Thomas Jones - Executive Director Lynn Thaxton, RN, assists the Executive Director in ensuring the highest quality experience for each resident we serve.<BR><BR>As Associate Executive Director, Lynn helps the Executive Director to manage the personalized delivery of high-quality services, amenities, programs and care. Lynn exemplifies Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, philosophy and core values of integrity, compassion and excellence and ensures that each employee upholds these tenets.<BR><BR>Lynn brings more than 25 years of care leadership experience to Classic Residence by Hyatt. She is a registered nurse and licensed nursing home administrator. She is certified in assisted living by the American College of Health Care Administrators. Lynn Thaxton, RN - Associate Executive Director David Chidboy is responsible for maintaining every aspect of the luxury setting at TidePointe, A Classic Residence by Hyatt.<BR><BR>As Director of Engineering, David manages maintenance operations in such a way that residents are proud to call the community home and to invite their family and friends to share their experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.<BR><BR>With 16 years at Classic Residence by Hyatt, David is dedicated to maintaining this richly designed environment at the highest standards. David Chidboy - Director of Engineering Sandra Gilliam is responsible for the accuracy of operational accounting for TidePointe, A Classic Residence by Hyatt.<BR><BR>As Director of Accounting, Sandra oversees all accounting functions and is responsive to resident requests and questions.<BR><BR>With 21 years of experience in health care and senior living, including nine with Classic Residence by Hyatt, Sandra exemplifies our core values of integrity, compassion and excellence. Sandra Gilliam - Director of Accounting Rex Goethe ensures that the highest possible degree of cleanliness and aesthetic value is achieved at TidePointe, A Classic Residence by Hyatt.<BR><BR>As Senior Director of Housekeeping, Rex oversees the housekeeping function for each resident’s home as well as the community areas.<BR><BR>Rex’s extensive background in housekeeping management in the hotel/resort and senior living industries contributes to the resident experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt. Rex is a member of the International Executive Housekeepers Association and the Cleaning Management Institute. Rex Goethe - Senior Director of Housekeeping Maryanne Kirkpatrick promotes a healthy, enriching environment at TidePointe, A Classic Residence by Hyatt.<BR><BR>As Director of Member Services, Maryanne creates and implements lifestyle-enriching programs that contribute to each resident’s whole-person wellness. In addition, she helps to ensure that each resident is receiving the appropriate level of services and care. She is pleased to address the questions of residents and their family members about care options and other matters.<BR><BR>Maryanne’s 10 years at TidePointe and her pursuit of continuing education demonstrate her commitment to the resident experience. Maryanne Kirkpatrick - Director of Member Services Kevin Meredith is responsible for every aspect of the dining experience at TidePointe, A Classic Residence by Hyatt, from table reservations and settings to the personalized service each resident receives.<BR><BR>As Director of Dining Services, Kevin oversees the resident dining experience in the community’s dining venues, including private dining functions that residents host for their families and friends.<BR><BR>With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 12 years in senior living, Kevin’s extensive background is ideally suited to our discerning resident clientele. He is a certified food and beverage executive, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional. Kevin Meredith, CFBE, CDM, CFPP - Director of Dining Services As Executive Chef, Stephen Stewart oversees every aspect of the culinary program for TidePointe, A Classic Residence by Hyatt, including menu creation, food preparation and the management of therapeutic diets. Stephen’s menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences.<BR><BR>Stephen’s culinary expertise has been developed for the past 25 years. He has received customized training provided by The Culinary Institute of America on nutrition, healthy cooking and baking techniques, flavor dynamics and food and wine pairing. He is a certified executive chef, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional. He is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Stephen Stewart, CEC, CDM, CFPP - Executive Chef As Director of Human Resources, Marlowe Williams enhances both resident and employee satisfaction through expert oversight and management of the community’s human resources function. She recruits and develops top employees who have a passion for working with older adults.<BR><BR>Marlowe is a past president of the local chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She earned her master of arts degree in human resources development from Webster University. Marlowe Williams - Director of Human Resources Dene Wilmot is responsible for sales at TidePointe, A Classic Residence by Hyatt, promoting the benefits of luxury senior living to older adults and their family and friends.<BR><BR>As Sales Director, Dene manages the sales team and represents Classic Residence by Hyatt to the larger community. She also serves as a resource to community organizations on the topics of senior living and continuing care.<BR><BR>Dene’s 10 years in the senior living industry and her experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt have made her a true sales leader.
