Penny Smith is responsible for the comfort, well-being and satisfaction of each resident at Classic Residence by Hyatt at Lakeside Village.<BR><BR>As Executive Director, Penny oversees every aspect of the community, including the high quality of services, amenities, programs and care provided to residents. Penny exemplifies Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, philosophy and core values of integrity, compassion and excellence and ensures that each employee upholds these tenets.<BR><BR>During her tenure with Classic Residence by Hyatt, Penny and her team have been recognized numerous times for their commitment to our core values.

Craig Koff ensures that each resident of the Classic Residence by Hyatt care center receives appropriate care and services and enjoys a variety of enriching programs and activities.<BR><BR>As Care Center Administrator, Craig oversees every aspect of the Classic Residence by Hyatt care center, from the quality of the resident experience and care to communications with family members. He is a member of the multidisciplinary Classic Residence by Hyatt care team, which works with each resident and his or her family and physician to develop a personalized plan of services and care.<BR><BR>Craig brings more than 25 years of care leadership experience to Classic Residence by Hyatt. He earned his master’s degree in gerontology at the University of South Florida.

Ernie DeAngelis is responsible for maintaining every aspect of the luxury setting at Classic Residence by Hyatt at Lakeside Village.<BR><BR>As Director of Engineering, Ernie manages maintenance operations in such a way that residents are proud to call the community home and to invite their family and friends to share their experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.<BR><BR>With his background in luxury hospitality, Ernie is dedicated to maintaining this richly designed environment at the highest standards.

Sandra Finnegan, RN, is responsible for the quality of care and services provided to residents of assisted living, memory support/Alzheimer’s care and skilled nursing care at Classic Residence by Hyatt at Lakeside Village.<BR><BR>As Director of Nursing, Sandra works with the Care Center Administrator, the resident’s personal physician and the consulting medical director to develop the plan of care or plan of services for each resident. She ensures that care and services are delivered in accordance with Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, core values, resident care philosophy and standards of care and practice. She serves as a member of the multidisciplinary Classic Residence by Hyatt care team.<BR><BR>Sandra brings a wealth of health care experience to enhance residents' lives.
Sandra Finnegan, RN - Director of Nursing
Henrik Jespersen is responsible for every aspect of the dining experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt at Lakeside Village, from table reservations and settings to the personalized service each resident receives.<BR><BR>As Director of Dining Services, Henrik oversees the resident dining experience in the community’s dining venues, including private dining functions that residents host for their families and friends.<BR><BR>Henrik joined Classic Residence by Hyatt with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His formal education in hospitality management and wine technology enhances the resident dining experience every day. He is a certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.

Sylvia Kaufman ensures that the highest possible degree of cleanliness and aesthetic value is achieved at Classic Residence by Hyatt at Lakeside Village.<BR><BR>As Director of Housekeeping, Sylvia oversees the housekeeping function for each resident’s home as well as the community areas.<BR><BR>Sylvia’s background in housekeeping management in senior living and health care contributes to the resident experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt. She received a diploma from George Brown College in housekeeping management.

Barbara Kelley is responsible for sales at Classic Residence by Hyatt at Lakeside Village, promoting the benefits of luxury senior living to older adults and their family and friends.<BR><BR>As Sales Director, Barbara manages the sales team and represents Classic Residence by Hyatt to the larger community. She also serves as a resource to community organizations on the topics of senior living and continuing care.<BR><BR>Barbara’s experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt has made her a true sales leader, and she has been recognized for her sales excellence.

Lorraine Luciani, LPN, promotes a healthy, enriching environment at Classic Residence by Hyatt at Lakeside Village.<BR><BR>As Director of Resident Services, Lorraine helps to ensure that each resident is receiving the appropriate level of services and care. She is pleased to address the questions of residents and their family members about care options and other matters.<BR><BR>Lorraine's previous experience as a Director of Assisted Living and licensed practical nurse enhances her ability to manage resident services and the community’s continuum of care. She has successfully completed the Florida state required CORE training for assisted living management.

As Executive Chef, Michael McDole oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence by Hyatt at Lakeside Village, including menu creation, food preparation and the management of therapeutic diets. Michael’s menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences.<BR><BR>Michael refined his culinary skills as executive chef for a prestigious social caterer. He has received customized training provided by The Culinary Institute of America on nutrition, healthy cooking and baking techniques, flavor dynamics and food and wine pairing. A certified executive chef with the American Culinary Federation and a past president of the Northern New Jersey chapter, Michael has taught culinary arts classes at the Culinary Arts Institute of Hudson County Community College in Jersey City, New Jersey. He was trained at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He is a certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.

Lisa Shawn creates and implements lifestyle-enriching programs that contribute to each resident’s whole-person wellness.<BR><BR>As Lifestyle Director, Lisa oversees lifestyle programs designed for residents, such as social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes and more.<BR><BR>Lisa’s membership in the Florida Health Care Activity Coordinators Association and her degree in education enhance the resident experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.
