As Executive Chef, Pedro Toledo oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Dallas, including menu creation and food preparation. Pedro’s menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences.<BR><BR>Pedro’s culinary expertise was honed at the Hyatt Regency Dallas, and he has headed the culinary program at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Dallas since 1992. He has received customized training provided by The Culinary Institute of America on nutrition, healthy cooking and baking techniques, flavor dynamics and food and wine pairing. He is a certified executive chef and a dietary manager.
