Mark Beggs - Associate Executive Director Maria Mayor ensures that each resident of the Classic Residence by Hyatt care center receives appropriate care and services and enjoys a variety of enriching programs and activities.<BR><BR>As Care Center Administrator, Maria oversees every aspect of the Classic Residence by Hyatt care center, from the quality of the resident experience and care to communications with family members. She is a member of the multidisciplinary Classic Residence by Hyatt care team, which works with each resident and his or her family and physician to develop a personalized plan of services and care. Maria Mayor - Care Center Administrator Blanca Bouza ensures that the highest possible degree of cleanliness and aesthetic value is achieved at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Aventura.<BR><BR>As Director of Housekeeping, Blanca oversees the housekeeping function for each resident’s home as well as the community areas.<BR><BR>Blanca's 35 years of experience as a housekeeping executive in the fine hotel industry contributes to the resident experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt. Blanca Bouza - Director of Housekeeping Paula Demello creates and implements lifestyle-enriching programs that contribute to each resident’s whole-person wellness.<BR><BR>As Lifestyle Director, Paula oversees lifestyle programs designed for residents, such as social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes and more.<BR><BR>Paula earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida International University (FIU) and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in gerontology. Paula Demello - Lifestyle Director As Executive Chef, Robert Ibgui oversees every aspect of the culinary program for Classic Residence by Hyatt in Aventura, including menu creation, food preparation and the management of therapeutic diets. Robert's menus feature healthy and taste-tempting selections based on resident preferences.<BR><BR>Robert's culinary expertise was developed in the hotel industry and at country clubs and gourmet restaurants. He has received customized training provided by The Culinary Institute of America on nutrition, healthy cooking and baking techniques, flavor dynamics and food and wine pairing. He received his culinary diploma from the prestigious Mederic Culinary School in Paris. He is a certified executive chef and a dietary manager. Robert Ibgui, CEC, DM - Executive Chef Marlene Johnson, RN, is responsible for the quality of care and services provided to residents of assisted living, memory support/Alzheimer’s care and skilled nursing care at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Aventura.<BR><BR>As Director of Nursing, Marlene works with the Care Center Administrator, the resident’s personal physician and the consulting medical director to develop the plan of care or plan of services for each resident. She ensures that care and services are delivered in accordance with Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, core values, resident care philosophy and standards of care and practice. She serves as a member of the multidisciplinary Classic Residence by Hyatt care team.<BR><BR>Marlene brings a wealth of nursing experience to Classic Residence by Hyatt. Marlene Johnson, RN - Director of Nursing As Director of Human Resources, Tara Kjellgren, PHR, enhances both resident and employee satisfaction through expert oversight and management of the community’s human resources function. She recruits and develops top employees who have a passion for working with older adults.<BR><BR>Tara’s background in human resources, business management, and health care contributes to the resident and employee experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt. Tara earned her master’s degree in human resources from Villanova University in Pennsylvania. She is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Tara Kjellgren, PHR - Director of Human Resources Vivian Lerner promotes a healthy, enriching environment at Classic Residence by Hyatt in Aventura.<BR><BR>As Director of Resident Services, Vivian helps to ensure that each resident is receiving the appropriate level of services and care.
