Gail Rankin is responsible for the comfort, well-being and satisfaction of each resident at Classic Residence by Hyatt and The Plaza Companies.
As Executive Director, Gail oversees every aspect of the community, including the high quality of services, amenities, programs and care provided to residents. Gail exemplifies Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, philosophy and core values of integrity, compassion and excellence and ensures that each employee upholds these tenets.
With 24 years of experience in the health care field, Gail has demonstrated her dedication to older adults. She is licensed in Arizona as a nursing home administrator and holds certifications as an administrator-in-training preceptor and as an assisted living manager. She also serves on the board of directors for the Arizona Assisted Living Federation of America.

Steven Jones assists the Executive Director in ensuring the highest quality experience for each resident we serve.
As Associate Executive Director, Steven helps the Executive Director to manage the personalized delivery of high-quality services, amenities, programs and care. Steven exemplifies Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, philosophy and core values of integrity, compassion and excellence and ensures that each employee upholds these tenets.
Steven is a licensed nursing home administrator in Arizona and enjoys working with older adults.

Kay Schulz, RN, ensures that each resident of the Classic Residence by Hyatt and The Plaza Companies care center receives appropriate care and services and enjoys a variety of enriching programs and activities.
As Care Center Administrator, Kay oversees every aspect of the Classic Residence by Hyatt care center, from the quality of the resident experience and care to communications with family members. She is a member of the multidisciplinary Classic Residence by Hyatt care team, which works with each resident and his or her family and physician to develop a personalized plan of services and care.
Kay formerly served as Director of Nursing and brings a wealth of experience that benefits residents and their families every day.

As Director of Human Resources, Teri Brown enhances both resident and employee satisfaction through expert oversight and management of the community’s human resources function. She recruits and develops top employees who have a passion for working with older adults.
Teri has demonstrated her commitment to her role by earning her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

Robert Davis is responsible for maintaining every aspect of the luxury setting at Classic Residence by Hyatt and The Plaza Companies.
As Director of Engineering, Robert manages maintenance operations in such a way that residents are proud to call the community home and to invite their family and friends to share their experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.

Traci Gregory creates and implements lifestyle-enriching programs that contribute to each resident’s whole-person wellness.
As Lifestyle Director, Traci oversees lifestyle programs designed for residents, such as social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes and more.
Traci holds a life coaching certificate and is enrolled in a master’s program for counseling to further enhance her abilities.

Greg Hanson is responsible for every aspect of the dining experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt and The Plaza Companies, from table reservations and settings to the personalized service each resident receives.
As Director of Dining Services, Greg oversees the resident dining experience in the community’s dining venues, including private dining functions that residents host for their families and friends.
Greg's extensive hospitality experience at several top-rated country clubs in Phoenix and the surrounding areas makes his background ideally suited to serving our discerning resident clientele. He is a certified food and beverage executive, certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional.

Samantha Michelin promotes a healthy, enriching environment at Classic Residence by Hyatt and The Plaza Companies.
As Director of Resident Services, Samantha helps to ensure that each resident is receiving the appropriate level of services and care. She is pleased to address the questions of residents and their family members about care options and other matters.
Samantha’s previous experience as an Administrator and Executive Director enhances her ability to manage resident services and the community’s continuum of care.

Brenda Skidmore, RNC, is responsible for the quality of care and services provided to residents of assisted living, memory support/Alzheimer’s care and skilled nursing care at Classic Residence by Hyatt and The Plaza Companies.
As Director of Nursing, Brenda works with the Care Center Administrator, the resident’s personal physician and the consulting medical director to develop the plan of care or plan of services for each resident. She ensures that care and services are delivered in accordance with Classic Residence by Hyatt’s mission, core values, resident care philosophy and standards of care and practice. She serves as a member of the multidisciplinary Classic Residence by Hyatt care team.
Brenda brings a wealth of experience to Classic Residence by Hyatt and The Plaza Companies, including 20 years in sub-acute, skilled nursing and long-term care. She is certified as a gerontological nurse through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and also has a national managed care certification.

Monique Walker ensures that the highest possible degree of cleanliness and aesthetic value is achieved at Classic Residence by Hyatt and The Plaza Companies.
As Director of Housekeeping, Monique oversees the housekeeping function for each resident’s home as well as the community areas.
Monique’s extensive background in housekeeping management in the hotel and hospitality industry contributes to the resident experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt.

Jan Wiggins is responsible for sales at Classic Residence by Hyatt and The Plaza Companies, promoting the benefits of luxury senior living to older adults and their family and friends.
As Sales Director, Jan manages the sales team and represents Classic Residence by Hyatt and The Plaza Companies to the larger community. She also serves as a resource to community organizations on the topics of senior living and life care.
Jan’s background in sales and her experience at Classic Residence by Hyatt and The Plaza Companies have made her a true sales leader. Jan and her team have been honored for sales excellence.
